Per your policy we pay for the part and then you order it and will call us when it is in. We had to call you on all 3 parts over a week after the part should have been. My mom who was paying to have the work and will call us when it is in. We had to call you on all 3 parts over a week after the part should have been. My mom who was paying to have the work done is buying a new car. After how the parts/service departments failed to follow up on every appointment she is refusing to Kia which was in the top 2. Great job! More

Whenever I have service on my vehicle I know it’s in good hands. The service agents are always welcoming, informative, and make me feel like I don’t need to worry about a thing!
