Bought a used car, traded an extremely low mile suv. Very pushy sales... used "this is the best offer" Regardless, was told by two different people. "We will get you an extra key (would be a 2nd key) at our cost! Text, no response! Went in and was told "the key guy is not answering" took my info down. I said when the key guy calls back here's the car info! Text again no response! Stop in again and was ignored. Why tell me you would assist getting a 2nd key and just ignore a customer? Better follow up would've been professional, I think after being shafted/stonewalled like this i will recommend people go elsewhere. Well of course unless they like being lied to.. More
