My sales experience was easy and simple without pressure. Z took good care of us, before during and after the transaction. This dealership participates in the Costco auto program, which offers a 50% off coupon for any parts or service, with a $200 maximum. When I went back to utilize this on floor mats, several people in the sales department gave me hassle. They refused to honor the coupon, and tried to make me feel bad that the coupon would make them sell below cost. That is not my problem, I am simply taking advantage of the program they chose to participate in. I had to go back to sales and they were able to work something out with the parts department (again, 5 stars for sales). I also traded in my vehicle and Hyundai owed me $3k back for it. I was told I'd have a check in about a week. After 4 weeks passed with no word, I called only to find out my trade in was never paid off. Once I connected with Barbara she was able to take care of the title and payment quickly, however it should have been handled 4 weeks before without me calling to follow up. More
