Service advisor, Na'eem, is great. But issues are not being fixed. My car had one issue and it took two separate tries for the service dept to fix that problem. Even then, when Na'eem and I checked to ma being fixed. My car had one issue and it took two separate tries for the service dept to fix that problem. Even then, when Na'eem and I checked to make sure it was fixed, it still didn't work right the first time, but then seemed like it was ok after that. So it's possible it's still not fixed. Then the service dept caused a new problem during the first service and said it was fixed after the second service, but it isn't. So now I have to take the car in for a third time. And because they do not offer loaners, it makes the situation much worse. More

Haven’t had car serviced for well over a year due to quarantine and I was pleased that nothing was lacking from the service experience. Everything was distanced and sanitized. Na'eem was great to work with. Very friendly and proactive. He was able to arrange transportation when a recall update needed to be made which would have extended the wait time. Na'eem was very professional and was very helpful and went over and beyond the ordinary to help me and my vehicle needs.
