Once back inside Ricardo and other Toyota staff worked with us to secure financing and all NJ DMV paperwork and we drove away with our new vehicle. We're very pleased with how everything turned out and highly recommend Ricardo for his professionalism and calm demeanor through what can sometimes be a difficult process. Our experience was excellent. Our apologies, the woman we worked with in financing was also phenomenal but her name escapes us. She was also a five-star rating! The time from start to finish was longer than expected, but that was due to getting through the NJ DMV points requirements. More
