Our sales person was dismissive and evasive. He showed us 1 car gave us a price then said that he made a “mistake” and that the deal was actually for another car. It felt very bait and switch. The gentleman in finance was very nice but upon looking back at the paperwork the numbers don’t seem to add up with what was promised. Would not go to this VW dealership again.
