Not a very good feeling when the Finance Manager thinks you were born yesterday and have no knowledge of leasing cars. Mind you, my credit score is well over 800. I have leased from this dealership a minimum of four times and have never dealt with such nonsense. When I went up to Myron, he waved me over but didn't get off his personal phone call. I started to explain how the quote was not only ridiculous, but also insulting. I then noticed he quoted me for a completely different vehicle than the one I wanted, I assume because he wanted to get rid of the blue SUV on his lot, had the wrong Salesperson attached to the quote (the only other female other than Joelle). Joelle was wonderful by the way, and I truly felt bad for her because her efforts went down the drain as soon as Myron and Gregg (another FI manager) got involved. Gregg will get his own review. He had me waiting for an hour until 9pm just to waste my time, insult my intelligence, and then have the gall to mock me when I said I was calling corporate, to whoever he still had on the phone saying "Ohhhhh she's going to call corporate." This is not even good behavior for a child, let alone a grown man, in a managerial role in a professional setting. I am appalled at how I was treated and will never consider leasing from HCDJR Owings Mills again. Myron, you had one job, and you failed miserably. I'm embarrassed for the Heritage brand. More
