Called and arranged a time on the same day to test drive a used car. Confirmed with Anthony Rodriguez of Honda of Kenosha that the vehicle was available and for sale at the price listed. Since I was driving a used car. Confirmed with Anthony Rodriguez of Honda of Kenosha that the vehicle was available and for sale at the price listed. Since I was driving from several hours away, I offered to put money down on the car to hold it until I arrived at the agreed upon time later that day. He assured me that it was not necessary to put money down, and that he would "pull the key" to ensure that the vehicle would be available for purchase after driving several hours to purchase it. Halfway on my drive to the dealership, I sent a follow up text to let them know that I would be arriving about 30 minutes earlier than anticipated. At this time, I received a call from Davie of Honda of Kenosha informing me that the vehicle was sold 5 minutes ago. I took this opportunity to speak with Mousa, who is their Sales Manager and he informed me that this is just how they conduct business and that he was sorry to hear that I was upset. It goes without saying that this is clearly not a dealership that operates in a way consistent with what one would expect from a Honda Dealership. More

The buying process was easy, Abed the sales consultant and Jesus the finance manager were wonderful to talk to and guided us through the entire process with ease. Only one issue we didn't like was that th and Jesus the finance manager were wonderful to talk to and guided us through the entire process with ease. Only one issue we didn't like was that the manager did not walk through the add ons before finalizing the agreement. When I wanted to take one of the addons off, he didn't seem happy about it. I'm making a big purchase already a smile or a simple "okay no problem" would have been nice. Other than that one instance Honda of Kenosha is a very well run dealership. More
