Great dealership, our salesman (Moses Luzon) is outstanding again. He listens to our likes/dislikes and made recommendations that make sense and were easy to make a decision. Our experience with the service department at this dealership could not have been worse. My 2021 Elantra showed a serious error and when I looked up the error code, it said to take it to the dealer. dealership could not have been worse. My 2021 Elantra showed a serious error and when I looked up the error code, it said to take it to the dealer. I called and spoke to Chris, the service manager and he told me I could bring it in or have the car towed in, but they wouldn't even be able to look at it for five days. It clearly seemed to be the transmission which is a warranty issue, but we were told I couldn't get a loaner car until they verified that it was the transmission which they couldn't do for five days. After they diagnosed a faulty transmission, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the parts and fix the problem. After three months, the car was still sitting in their lot, untouched. When we tried to escalate, the GM told us that he would try to see if he could move things along. Never heard back from him after that. Finally, after contacting Hyundai Corporate (they were very helpful) our situation was resolved. Again that was with ZERO help from this dealership. In fact, Chris was extremely rude and hung up on me. I would definitely not recommend this dealership. More
