I was in to have my 2013 Subaru Serviced, and when I asked about my upgrade options I Kennesaw. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was in to have my 2013 Subaru Serviced, and when I asked about my upgrade options I was provided with several scenarios all of which were extremely appealing. I chose a 36 month lease on a 2021 Forester and within a couple of hours was driving away in my new ride, one totally more advanced than my still reliable 2013 Subaru. My Salesman was Morris, who was so easy to work with and never pushy or overbearing. When I return my lease in 3 years, Morris will be the person I will seek out, he is great! We were in the market for a used car that this Subaru dealership had listed. I called and ask about it and the salesman said he didn’t have the info and would call me back. He didn’t. Couple hours later dealership had listed. I called and ask about it and the salesman said he didn’t have the info and would call me back. He didn’t. Couple hours later I called again and got another salesman and told him the same thing and that we did not get a call back. He too said he had no info on that car and would call me back. He didn’t. They could have at least returned my call as they said they would and tell me it wasn’t there or they were not sure about the information. We went elsewhere and bought our car More

Great experience! I was greeted,not jumped on, by the sales staff. I was shown the vehicle I came to look at and Morris knew the Ascent thoroughly.
