I am writing this review because of the poor level of service I am receiving from Subaru of Kennesaw. I originally tried to buy a vehicle here in Feb 2020. The service and knowledge was so bad i drove service I am receiving from Subaru of Kennesaw. I originally tried to buy a vehicle here in Feb 2020. The service and knowledge was so bad i drove 30 miles to Decatur to purchase my Ascent. in January of 2021 I wrecked my car, I had it repaired and once complete called to make a service appointment. I was routed to a voicemail, I left a message, and I never received a call back. subsequent calls have delivered the same result. the most recent call was Friday 5/6/2021. i am trying to schedule maintenance and arrange to have a hitch and some other accessories installed. It is 05/11/2021 and I am still waiting for a call. When i spend over $40K on a vehicle, and want to have it serviced, i expect a call back. it is not too much to offer. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone i know. i have made at least 5 calls and never received a call. I love the car, but would be reluctant to buy a car from this dealership or have service performed because if they cut corners on customer service for this, they will likely not be good when I really need them. Return your calls! More
