Helpful in finding my vehicle. Salesman me Pedro was knowledgeable on inventory and was able to land me my truck. It took a couple of days to bring it home as a problem was found Salesman me Pedro was knowledgeable on inventory and was able to land me my truck. It took a couple of days to bring it home as a problem was found on their mechanical inspection and had to be resolved before they would release it. My only complaint is that the tailpipe covers were left in the backseat and not installed. I will need to bring it in for the service. More

that is not the way it was portrayed to me during initial discussions. And it WAS a lack of effort of Mohawk Chevrolet employees, who could not be bothered to answer calls, texts, or emails in a timely manner. I lost another deal while I was waiting for someone there to do their job. Therefore I stand by my recommendation to steer clear of this establishment and seek professionalism elsewhere. It wont be found at mohawk!

i would never reach back out to your dealership. i know if i voiced a concern directly to one of your employees it would go upon deaf ears and nobody would care or take it seriously. Shoppers beware if you want professionalism do NOT go to Mohawk Chevrelot. you will be strung on waiting for a reply you will have to constantly reach out to receive.

Sorry I originally posted QUALITY alternatives, but was told I cant. So just pick ANY other Chevy dealership and I know you will turn out better than if you went here. I made a long distance purchase on a used car found on internet and the team here was exceptional from the onset of discussions and inquiries about the car, to the detailing prior to taking delivery and the ride from my hotel in Albany to pick the car up. As a recent GM retiree, this was Outstanding service and wish it could be duplicated across the country. I am so very pleased with the additions the team made to the car to ensure it was safe and exactly what I was looking for. Had a great ride back to Michigan in my new XTS Platinum V Sport.
