They take care of you while purchasing a car but lacks follow up when there are issues. They keep bouncing you around and no one seems to know what to do. Poor preparation by the finance dept. The process to buy the car took 6 hours which is unacceptable. The final documents to be signed were incorrect. Justin did an excellent job. Price Discrepancy: The advertised price of $21,999 did not match the final amount you paid. The addition of various charges led to a total cost of $28,240.77. 2. Taes: 1600 3. Extra Charges: I was charged $800 for window Tent on a used vehicle, which was old and had pinholes in the Tent. 4. Central Florida Advantage Plan You were also required to buy the Central Florida Advantage Plan for $1,500, despite not wanting or needing it, I live over 2hr away from the dealership 5. High administration fees. $2,341 6. Post-Sale Issues: Despite being promised that the cracked windshield would be addressed, you had trouble getting a follow-up from your salesperson after the sale. 7. Overall Experience: this was the worst experience out of the 10 vehicles I purchased. More

Dan was one of the best salespeople I have worked with. He listened, and he made the buying experience enjoyable, which is rare when dealing with car salesmen. Henson was amazing as well! I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation, and he expedited the finance process efficiently. Sales Leadership - 0 Stars. The car buying process has a bad stigma due to greedy salespeople focusing on profit rather than the consumer experience. Morgan Lewis is the reason this stigma exists. I visited the dealership on a Sunday, and Dan found the perfect Jeep for me. The sales manager and Dan worked with me to agree on a purchase price, monthly lease payment, and down payment amount. Since it was Sunday, one of the lenders wasn't available to review my lease. One lender had already approved me, but the monthly payment wasn't what I was looking for. Dan suggested a no-pressure response: "Why don't we reconnect in the morning and see what the lender comes back with?" On Monday morning, I checked in with Dan, and everything was looking good—the lender approved me for the monthly payment I was seeking. However, Morgan then turned the whole experience upside down. He refused to honor the sales price from less than 24 hours prior, increasing the Jeep's price by $2,000. I asked why. I requested that Dan have Morgan call me to explain what had changed in less than 24 hours. Morgan refused to call me and would not budge on the price until I escalated the issue up the chain of command to highlight the absurdity of the situation and how they were losing a buyer. I began contacting other dealerships to look for the Jeep I intended to buy when suddenly, after several emails to various leaders in the company, the Internet Sales Manager called me hours later to say they would honor the previous day's agreed price. There was no apology, not a single empathetic tone or phrase. In fact, he told me, "Even a Chrysler employee wouldn't get this price." He just assumed I would still buy from this dealership. The only reason I gave Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram my business was because of Dan! He was empathetic, understanding, and avoided any sales-y tactics that might have lost the sale. Every negative experience I encountered was due to Monday's sales leadership. Frankly, I have no idea why any sales professional would want to work under leaders with no ethical or moral compass. To be clear, not one leader called me, not one. If you need to buy from this dealership, read all the documents carefully each and every time they are presented to you. As I was told by the Internet Sales Manager, this was just a miscommunication... Well watch out for "miscommunications" when you review your final sales invoice and look at every line item carefully! Or you may be out $2,000. More

I came from out of state for a tournament. I had been looking at getting a charger or challenger for some time. Juan was able to work with me with an in stock vehicle and made the process I had been looking at getting a charger or challenger for some time. Juan was able to work with me with an in stock vehicle and made the process as easy as it can be these days when buying a new car. We decided it was worth it to buy the vehicle in Orlando and drive it all the way back to Illinois! More
