Nadia Roth was fine and pleasant. She did well. The lead service managers, 2 guys, were not cool with my wife. My wife left. I had to go up and deal with it, and the service manag She did well. The lead service managers, 2 guys, were not cool with my wife. My wife left. I had to go up and deal with it, and the service manager got it done relatively quickly, and I told him the story, as both my wife and I were told they were giving her a loaner car to use for 2 hours and when she got there they would not give her one. I also called and confirmed that with a woman an hour in advance of my wife showing up. It cost me 1/2 a day having to run back to your dealership as my wife left and refused to go back there. Very disappointing that some of your staff tells customers like me and my wife one thing, and then the service asst managers say something else once you get there. Left a really sour taste in our mouths this time. Disappointing as every other experience up there has been fine. I really don't understand how both my wife and myself can be told one thing on the phone, and then when you get there, it completely changes. FYI More
