Purchased a Tesla from this site 12/29/23. Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for confirmation and time, was told they ordered wrong part and would have to reorder. Part takes 5-7 days for delivery. Followed up 12 days after being told this timelines and part still pending delivery. Now expected sometime between 17th and 31st of Jan. 2 full weeks after initial repair date that was provided at time of purchase. Recieved a call on the 18thstating part had arrived and inquired about scheduling. Noted at home repair was an optional they will have mobile company call to setup. Now we are at the 22nd and still no call to setup service to repair the part that was supposed to be repaired on the 3rd that was Noted when Purchased. Sales rep CJ no longer responding to contact attempts. Service department no longer responding to text via message system and no longer providing updates or call backs. Requested Service manager to call me back and have not heard anything. Love the car. Want this part fixed. More

If you don’t believe me, look up the word “Glorious” in the dictio Because this man Jose Montlouis-bonnaire is the definition of “The King of Sales”. If you don’t believe me, look up the word “Glorious” in the dictionary. You’ll see a picture of this man right next to it. I have purchased 4 Trucks from Jose and I’ll buy my next 20 from him. 21 if I’m alive then. Not only does he make sure you get the best deal but he will literally bring you dinner and self serve the entire family. I kid you not, not even 2 hours after I purchased my first truck from Jose he literally came over with the best Tacos a man or woman could eat and served my entire family. He brings Christmas gifts to my kids on Christmas. A turkey on thanks giving. He just won’t stop giving back. Don’t even get me started on Valentine’s Day…. Jose took me out and he wine and dined me. Even got my car door for me and held my hand on the way up to the restaurant. Needless to say, GO SEE HIM AT BOZARD FORD! You won’t regret it. -JRK More

This was the best auto purchase I have ever made. It is usually stressful and like "playing" a negotiating game. Michael Canaday who stayed involved from beginning to end and therefore was involved with t usually stressful and like "playing" a negotiating game. Michael Canaday who stayed involved from beginning to end and therefore was involved with the financial portion was helpful in all aspects of the purchase. No being shuffled to another person when a purchase price was agreed on. Adrian McRae was my first contact and was never pushy in making a connection, was very knowledgeable about the autos and once the decision was made to purchase ensured that I was properly set up to enjoy all features of the car. Obviously, such good customer starts at the top with Monty Lacey who initiated my first visit. More
