I've been trying to get a new car. I been asking the sales person who has been not doing anything I asked for. They are greedy sales manager. Didn't even bother looking at my deal. I even had a co signer to help me out still won't help me out. I mean why even bother selling cars I hope Mr utter fires his sales manager for this. More

2020 Escape in for service. Windshield bottle left empty, I’m not even sure the oil got changed. Found the hose to the drivers side windshield spray nozzle had fallen off. I’ll take care of “MY” customer. Yet you still expect my wife to pay the bill. Wow 😳 More

They're the BEST. I called different states and lots of dealerships here in Texas and the only one that treated me with respect and honesty was Bill Utter Ford. Sales man Mr. Casey Patton is an Excellent a dealerships here in Texas and the only one that treated me with respect and honesty was Bill Utter Ford. Sales man Mr. Casey Patton is an Excellent and Professional guy along with Mr. Justin Custis in the finance dept. Mr. Art Starr in Management dept. And Mrs. Denisse........ Our experience with Bill Utter was incredible, super fast, and really smooth. I will buy my next vehicle with them. The experience at Bill Utter was the bar none the best time I've had at a dealership. They were attentive and understanding to my requests, worked with me on the pricing, and were extremely transparent on time I've had at a dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know! The owner even came by nonchalantly handing out cookies to unknowing customers, they had no idea! That was a truly "sweet" touch! More
