Monica was very good describing the features of the Outback that I took for a test drive and made sure that I was able to drive the car enough to know if it was the car for me. I really liked the Outback and seriously considered buying the car but in the end I bought another auto that had a seat that was more comfortable for my body. The Outback is a beautiful car and everyone I saw at Subaru was very courteous but not pushy. If I intended to drive the car I just purchased for shorter trips, I believe I would have chosen the Outback. More

I was not extremely happy with the 3+ hour wait to I had a great experience with Monica Schivone, she is wonderful, knowledgeable and businesslike. I was not extremely happy with the 3+ hour wait to get through finance (it was said that 2 people had emergencies and had to leave) so not their fault but . . . I live nearly 2 hours from Tucson so it was a long wait and long drive home. I was confused by some of the information given me in finance, but hope to straighten it out on Thursday (3-7). Also, there are some parts missing off the car, and I dont know why. I am not sure I would recommend the company as I have not had enough dealings with them to be honest. Dana Hayes More

Polite but no real deal to be made My wife and I wasted an hour coming to Tucson Subaru when we could have gone direct to Scottsdale for better service and people willing to make a deal My wife and I wasted an hour coming to Tucson Subaru when we could have gone direct to Scottsdale for better service and people willing to make a deal. We had been looking at a used car on the lot which had been there for two months with no change in price, and research showed that it was too much compared to a newer model with similar features. When we made an offer the dealership wouldn't budge on the price, then ignored questions on why they added value to the car for having higher mileage. When pressed to negotiate they only replied that they had the highest customer satisfaction in the country. If you can't explain your fees and pricing, and repeatedly say how great you are...maybe you really aren't that great. While the staff was always polite they did not present well when it comes to negotiating. As we discussed each cost item on the list, Monica stated "I don't want to get into an argument". It's not an argument when haggling price. Charge high fees and can't explain it, then act like we are being unreasonable...not very businesslike. Chandler Subaru by contrast was willing to answer questions, make a deal in price, accepted an offer for a model 1-year newer with all the same features as the Tucson model, and was willing to adjust their pricing. We bought it that day and drive home much happier. More
