I am quite pleased with the sales experience at Brad Deery Motors. They've got a team that wants to get things right. Once we got past that, she turned things over to Connor Wambold. Connor recognized my comfort level, and gave me the numbers I wanted to see before I made the drive there (116 miles). I threw them a curve ball over the weekend, and asked for confirmation on a conditional rebate. Once confirmed, I made the drive there that Monday to see if we could make the deal work. Connor was off that day, and without missing a beat, Zach Broders took over. The only remaining variable was my trade. Everyone thinks their trade is worth a lot. I’m no different. I was given a range that I could expect as long as there weren’t any surprises with the condition. There was an issue with my passenger rearview mirror that I of course I thought did not amount to much. It was a bigger issue than I thought. They couldn’t turn around and sell the vehicle without replacing it. Plus, there were a few small dents they would have to deal with. They could have tried to nail me with this, but they gave me the low end of the range we agreed on ahead of time. I was offered addons, but I felt no pressure to buy once I said no thank you. Kody Wenndt took over for the finance portion. This guy knows what he is doing, and he will patiently explain any part of the process you may have questions or concerns about. Bottom line, with a visit to Brad Deery Motors, you are going to have a team there ready to help the buying process be comfortable and fair. More

They try to give you the lowest trade in allowance possible . Even with vehicles in brand new condition with under 22000 miles . Looking down the list finding a comparable vehicle the price was $4000 more than my trade value should have been not bottom of the barrel price . Also if you look around the Midwest they are giving up to $17000 off some trucks . These guys are stuck on only what Dodge will give them . $7809 or something like that . And their truck has been on the lot for over 300 days . It’s a 2022 . When Dan told me the difference if he gave me what I wanted . He added $2000 dollars to their price . Very dishonest man . I can see why the bad reviews on the better business site . Let’s see how they answer this . I have the emails to prove everything. I keep all my emails . And do call out all scammers . But one of the sites they sent me had a truck I liked so thanks for that . Plus they would deal to get the sale . Maybe bought more truck than I needed but it was worth it for the honesty ! More

What a great truck-buying experience from the Deery team. And a team it was. My internet inquiry was first answered by Monica. I was then introduced to Zach. Zach took me on my test drive and answered all my questions. Due to my schedule, Blayze stepped in, and continued my purchase process. Kody was up next. He took care all of the final paperwork. All this in under 4 hours combined. Such a smooth process. I live in a small rural town in Tennessee and everyone at Brad Deery provided the same friendly, small-town, hospitable service that I have grown accustomed to and love.
