I went in for an oil change and differential fluid replace. Typically the service is good. However this time my service advisor didn’t review the inspection report that previous service provider has d replace. Typically the service is good. However this time my service advisor didn’t review the inspection report that previous service provider has done. Additionally after I got home from the appointment I received an email and text saying something required immediate attention. Only it didn’t say what it was. Keep in mind I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half and no mention of something needing immediate attention. It took 2 phone calls and an email to get an answer. The service provider said “it was the multi point inspection coming thru, no further action is needed at this time.” Thanks for the mini panic attack. More

I went in for an early first appointment at McGrath Acura of Westmont for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I waited in the customer waiting area for more than the estimated time —which was annoying. of Westmont for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I waited in the customer waiting area for more than the estimated time —which was annoying. The service is usually excellent. I also have an issue with Acura’s maintenance program, which was sold to me at a different dealer, which I will work separately. There’s also the ever ridiculous cost of replacement of the air filters, which can be done simply by yourself if you google it for a lot cheaper. More
