Molly Baron asked us what kind of vehicle we were looking for. When we told her we were 50 and purchasing our first used vehicle for the first time she seemed to understand completely. We wanted to dip our toes into this first time adventure and she didn't ever pressure us to jump in. She allowed us, without any pressure whatsoever, to shop around with other Kia dealerships as well as other manufacturers. Only Molly Baron answered what I assume must be annoying AF questions from new buyers. Not only did she answer them but then asked if we need any further clarification. She also made sure that everyone else in the dealership understood the position we were in and how nervous we were and everyone we encountered respected that completely. When I commented on how impressive this was I was told they want us to come back again and again and listening to customers is the way to do it. I think before the possible tariffs are placed we may decide to purchase (or maybe lease) another new vehicle before they take effect. If we do we will go back to Molly Baron. If she is unavailable Nate Nader and Casey are also top notch. Once Molly explained our situation to the finance guy we were in and out in 10-15mins, no kidding. Also, If you are a Cle sports team fan, a fan of 80s & 90s pop culture, a woman shopping alone (or in charge with your husband), or a xxxxx buyer who is concerned about the patriarchal higher ups in this industry, Molly Baron is the person to call.
