From the moment you walk in, the environment is relaxed, inviting, and very friendly. I'm 25, a recent college grad, and a first time car buyer. I walked in very afraid that I'd be pushed around or bullied into buying something I wasn't comfortable with, something expensive, or something I couldn't afford in the long term. What I got was Moises - the kindest, most respectful, and helpful associate. He was ever patient - letting me walk around the lot test driving as many cars as I wanted and offering his knowledgeful advice until I finally found the right one. Moises was amazing at giving great suggestions and being patient - making sure I was ready ready before moving onto the next step in the process. I would highly recommend him to any and everyone!
