Ok for the most part. However, the video that shows that the cabin filter was dirty is very troublesome given that the car had been driven less than 2500 miles. I checke However, the video that shows that the cabin filter was dirty is very troublesome given that the car had been driven less than 2500 miles. I checked the filter myself. And effectively the filter shows a lot of specks of dirt quite frankly difficult to explain given than the car was never exposed to bad environmental conditions. Quite frankly, I am a bit suspicious that the filter was replaced with a dirty filter from another car. Perhaps filters were mixed up. More

Brought in for peeling steering wheel; Mazda warranty initially declined despite service bulletin for exact issue. Service manager agreed to replace at dealer expense and negotiated warranty reimbursemen initially declined despite service bulletin for exact issue. Service manager agreed to replace at dealer expense and negotiated warranty reimbursement on back end. Good experience and much appreciated. More
