Jenifer Duffy and David are absolutely the best! They took care of me right when I came in, straight forward. I flew here to come get a different car from another dealership but they are taking 7 da They took care of me right when I came in, straight forward. I flew here to come get a different car from another dealership but they are taking 7 days to even finish up with the process so I had it and came here. They toook care! No joke! They truly care and will make your purchase as easy as it can get! Don’t second guess this! Need any car, come here seriously! I’ve been a lot of places but nothing compares to this dealership and the jeep dealer right next door. Thank you one more time More

The purchase process was fast and easy. We dealt with Mohamud and were able to negotiate a price in about an hour. Service was ok, recall notices remediated. Unfortunately, they could not replicate a warning message that pops up at certain intervals, reminding me to use an external storage device to update Unfortunately, they could not replicate a warning message that pops up at certain intervals, reminding me to use an external storage device to update navigation maps? They repeatedly tried, but couldn't get the message to pop up. Twenty minutes after I left the dealership, the message popped up again. The service people did not know what it was, which I found strange, since such warnings are common. I assume it's not urgent, because it was not easy to get an appointment, and I won't be doing it again soon. The car's interior was not as clean as I thought it would be. Looked like it wasn't vacuumed. More

Was told I would have my car the next day, it took a week to finally get it. We had to wait in the dealership for over 8 hours just to go through the purchasing paperwork. Nobody bothered to tell me it was to finally get it. We had to wait in the dealership for over 8 hours just to go through the purchasing paperwork. Nobody bothered to tell me it was a diesel only car, I found out the hard way and 600$ later. Was told I would get notified when my plates were ready, didn't happen and had to call them. They forgot to get my proof of address to my loan company, got a call a few weeks later telling me they needed my proof of address immediately or I was going to lose my car. I can't say enough to try to convince you not to go here. More

The service seems to have been well completed to my non-professional eye—all fluids appeared topped up. No issue with pre-paid maintenance, it was great to see that this is of true value and that there weren’t any surprise “extras.” Overall, very satisfied! More
