My sales person was responsive and kind. When my car arrived, it had damages on the front bumper. The sales rep quickly resolved the issue by sending it to the body shop for repairs. I was rushed through the process, judged for not choosing any of the optional warranties and the when signing the finance papers, the papers were taken from me while I was reading them, before I could fully read them and placed face down on the table.
