Before I even stepped foot into the dealership, I spoke with Jano over the phone to tell her what I was looking for and to to see if it was even in the realm of possibility. Right then and there, yes, over the phone, boom — she made it happen and the deal was done! Really?!!! Fast, easy, no haggling, no BS. I came away feeling great! You rock Jano! Then it continued. Jing pulled it all together along with Omar in financing and that was that. Thank you to all for your professionalism, your authenticity, your kindness.
