My sales person was responsive and kind. When my car arrived, it had damages on the front bumper. The sales rep quickly resolved the issue by sending it to the body shop for repairs. I was rushed through the process, judged for not choosing any of the optional warranties and the when signing the finance papers, the papers were taken from me while I was reading them, before I could fully read them and placed face down on the table. Service advisors do the best they can to be honest but there is absolutely no way they can earn a living and be honest working for Herb Chambers. For whoever is reading this, make sure you actually get th there is absolutely no way they can earn a living and be honest working for Herb Chambers. For whoever is reading this, make sure you actually get the service you pay for. I have, on more than one occasion, had to return for a follow up because the service I paid for was incomplete or not done at all! After over-paying for services *and* having to waste more time and energy to get the service I paid for, I gave up, asked friends and was given recommendations for a VERY honest mechanic in the area and I have never been happier. I rated the finance department 1 star because I asked, and asked, and asked for a quote on extended warranty and couldn't even get a reply to an email (even after a manager asked them to write to me!). More
