Sure, I will make the 2 hour trip to Koons Tysons Toyota so that you can waste more of my time and money! And white I’m waiting, I will be filling a Better Business Bureau complaint about the trickery and deception of your company! Prior to purchasing the vehicle, we lifted the hood snd smelled oil. I specifically asked the Sales Consultant, Mohommad Ali, if the vehicle had an oil leak. His reply was “no”. He further stated that the vehicle had just had an oil change and that was the reason for the oil smell. He went on to say that the vehicle had just been fully serviced by your mechanic, in your service department and said that I could have a copy of the service records, which he NEVER provided. I requested them multiple times for which Muhommad Ali NEVER responded. Clearly he had something to hide and I was not given full disclosure. Moreover, just because the vehicle passed VA and MD State inspection, does not discount the fact that your sales person blatantly LIED and failed to disclose a major issue with the vehicle. Your response is the EXACT kind of misrepresentation that plagues the car industry. The lack of accountability and obtuse redirection to mask the lines of deception is DISGUSTING!!!! Just because the vehicle was being sold “as is” does not give your employees the right to create falsehoods just to make the sale. That is deceitful and the despicable type of trickery that marks many dishonest dealerships, especially those that prey on women. Notwithstanding, that Muhommad Ali told me that the tires were new, only to find out by a qualified tire technician that they are 16 years old and rotten on the inside. Your ridiculous comment about the vehicle passing 2 state inspections and being sold an “as is” has NOTHING to do with a salesperson who deliberately LIED to make the sale. Me driving 2 hours and waiting for hours to see your mechanic so that YOU can give me “a price point for repairs” is complete bullshit and a completely inadequate response to this issue. I demand that the oil leak be repaired free of charge or you can refund my money and take the vehicle back. Those are the only two acceptable resolutions to this horrible situation.
