I called on Tuesday July 7th with a flat tire. I asked if they have the low flats tires and of course Chad was able to work up a quotes for me. He also offer a loaner car and or uber in the event no loaner was available. Chad was very kind patient and understanding. I arrive 30 mins later and to my surprise there was a loaner. I was able to go work and present my presentation after all. Thank BMW team for outstanding SAME DAY SERVICE!
