After the sales manager contacted me a few times to explain their robbery in better terms I am still not happy with their total lack of transparency and dishonesty. I will still pursue to report them because they broke the law when they refused to give me the contracts when I asked which I was not able to return the vehicle since I wasn't able to review the contracts.
