(Keep in mind also that we live in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and the majority of this transaction was all done over the phone!) Ended up driving the two hours to pick up the right car, great price, beautiful store, what great guys these two are! Today I purchased my new RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota. I worked with Mohamed Sameed from the beginning, and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Mohamed was always responsive to my emails and phone calls/texts, treated me with patience and went above and beyond to honor his word and be reliable. If you need to find a salesperson who will treat you with respect and work with you to get you your deal with transparency, I cannot recommend Mohamed enough. He actually cares about doing business with you, and I am glad I made the choice to work with him on this purchase. You will not regret working with Mohamed. In the Finance office I worked with Anthony, who was also very approachable and a pleasant person to work with. Overall, he also gave us a very positive experience at Jim Coleman. It was the salesman and his back-up I happened to walk in and Mohammed was the first salesman to approach my wife and I. What sealed the deal was Umar who actually looked at my lease claculator and brought the monthly cost within my reach. Just very fair and reasonable and no pressure.
