30 years after buying a car from Jackie Cooper auto group, I have purchased another one. The salesman and sales manager had the very qualities that I had experienced my first time around. Shawn was very attentive to what I needed in a vehicle and was quite knowledgeable about my vehicle of choice. In fact, I feel that he went beyond what I would have expected in a sales representative. One day prior to purchasing my vehicle, I left a text message on the dealership’s website (prior to opening time) requesting information regarding a vehicle I had seen in their inventory. In less than fifteen minutes of posting, I received a phone call from Shawn. I told him what I was looking for and asked a few questions. Less than ten minutes later, Shawn sent me a video of the vehicle, both inside and out. We set aside a time for a test drive and discussion for a possible purchase. Having put down earnest money, and with an appointment all set, I drove to Tulsa the next morning to meet with Shawn, and Nihad, who had reserved the vehicle in my name.
