There were a few things that I did not feel were handled properly. In order for the salesman to take the information over to the manager, I felt pressured that I needed to sign I would accept a deal that I properly. Then signing again that if my credit score was not acceptable that I would still have to take the car at a higher monthly payment or that I may lose my deposit. This is not good business. Upon pick up the car wasn't ready. And when I got home I realized that the car was not registered to the proper address, when I was on the phone with my insurance agency and the salesman I double checked the address, the salesman confirmed my home address. The car was not registered to the correct address, when I addressed this I was told it's not a big deal I could fix it online. The next day a representative from the dealer called me and I expressed this being done improperly, she said she would have someone call me to rectify this situation, but I have not received any call back at all. More

Jamall was attentive and organized and answered all of my questions regarding the lease of the car. If he wasn't sure of the the answer he did some research and got back to me promptly. Due to difficult circumstances in the car delivery, he was in almost daily contact with where the car was in transit and when was the expected delivery date. He explained to me why there was a problem with car inventory and deliveries and that it was not the fault of the Lexus dealership. Mohammed in finance was pleasant to talk to. He answered all questions and was well organized. Matthew who explained the features of the car was very well organized. He really understood and explained the all the relevant features of the car.
