Mohammed did a wonderful job helping me out when my new car's transmission went out. He assisted with getting me a rental while the repair was underway and took the time to explain the warranty coverages, car's transmission went out. It was a lifesaver in a very frustrating situation, and I will be using them as my repair team from now on. More

For what seemed like a very finicky sound the car was making. It was a seamless process to re-create the problem and they fixed it super fast. Excellent CSR, Mohamed, was attentive to my needs while waiting for the vehicle. The service was reliable and delivered within promised time frame. Giving a yes was a difficult decision, because if I were to base my answer on the first interaction, I would have to say no, because I had to bring the car back to get what I wanted done. I am surprised tha to base my answer on the first interaction, I would have to say no, because I had to bring the car back to get what I wanted done. I am surprised that the service tech (the one actually working on the car) missed a big broken plastic piece that I wanted repaired. Had I been called to say that "we found more that needs to be replaced" and sent pics, I would have gladly had the extra work done. I gave a yes to "would you recommend..." only because ultimately the work was completed and so far appears to be decent, if not expensive work. More
