He made sure the intake process was handled immediately, explained every step clearly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful situation felt seamless because of how efficiently he managed everything. I also want to thank Moez for being available and making sure everything was taken care of. Since this was the first time I experienced something like this, he answered my questions, guided me through the process, and checked to make sure everything was in order before I left the dealership after a long day.
