After multiple disappointing experiences with Conicelli I have finally decided to leave a review just out of principle at this point regarding the dishonesty, total lack of empathy, and total lack of profess have finally decided to leave a review just out of principle at this point regarding the dishonesty, total lack of empathy, and total lack of professionalism and ethics on their part. Short story is my wife and I have attempted to purchase a car from them for over 7 months. We eventually became so frustrated with them when they finally told us we need to outbid other people on the cars or we won’t get one and that they can’t do deposits of any kind to reserve a car when it comes in. The story on how we actually purchase kept changing with the many different sales people we have had and finally I asked them to remove us from their system. But the calls kept coming!!! I finally spoke with someone named Pete very recently bc I wanted us off the list. However he seemed to be more competent than anyone I had spoke with before and asked him to keep me in the loop again. Within 2 days he called to say they had the car we were waiting on and I said we want it and to call my wife. They spoke within 20 mins and then we gave them the credit card info to make the deposit only to find out that the car had been sold to someone else 10 mins before we made the deposit which is absurd because we were already committed to buy the car a full hour prior to that. This dealer and especially Manny are total jokers and there is nothing “Nice” about them. You’ll have the typical cringy experience that you expect from a dealer and all the hidden insincerity that goes along with it that you suspect is really lurking behind their fake smiles. More
