Left dealership feeling that I had been taken advantage of. description of vehicle said there would be ottomans. But had spare tire instead. Recently on August 27th, 2022 my wife, kids and I did a voluntary surrender of our 2018 Ram at Corwin Toyota where we bought it as I recently lost my job. Moe Saad was the salesperson that followed me arou voluntary surrender of our 2018 Ram at Corwin Toyota where we bought it as I recently lost my job. Moe Saad was the salesperson that followed me around when I first arrived at Corwin Toyota. Being that we live three hours away from Corwin Toyota, I needed to use the bathroom first and Moe Saad proceeded to follow me practically into the bathroom as he was very aggressive with his interaction with me. As soon as I came out of the bathroom, Moe Saad proceeded to walk fast in my direction and aggressively towards me. We walked outside to my 2018 Ram pickup that I was voluntarily surrendering to due a loss of my job and I proceeded to explain to Moe Saad the situation and why I was giving him the two key fobs to my 2018 Ram. I politely gave Moe Saad the two key fobs and then I was going to get in my other pickup to turn on the air for my wife and kids. I had planned on going into the dealership to sign whatever paperwork was necessary for the voluntary surrender whenever just as I was getting into my other pickup, Moe Saad took the two key fobs to my 2018 Ram pickup and he threw them at me! One key fob hit me in the neck and the second key fob hit me in the arm. Both key fobs that were thrown at me by Moe Saad hurt and I was very shocked and grew afraid of Moe Saad at that time. I thought that my safety, my person, and my family were in danger at that time and proceeded to pull out to immediately leave Corwin Toyota as Moe Saad had just assaulted and battered me. As I was leaving, I rolled down my passenger window and Moe Saad had walked to the front of the dealership and as I passed by him in our other pickup that we were driving, I tossed the two key fobs out of the window so that the dealership would have them in order to resell the Ram pickup. I was afraid to get off of the pickup that we were driving and give Moe Saad the two key fobs a second time as he was very aggressive with me and made me feel like he would hit me at any time. I would definitely not recommend Corwin Toyota to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle or for any service as they allow their employees to assault and batter their customers. And I would definitely not recommend Moe Saad to anyone as a salesperson or otherwise as he assaulted and battered me on Saturday, August 27th, 2022 and he is a bully who intimidates and assaults and batters the customers. More

I am 5 hours away and Moe helped my daughter with a new car after her 2022 Civic was in an accident almost a year ago and we were still waiting for parts. I contacted 4 other dealers for a Rav4, two others had a car available, all 4 were selling at MSRP. Corwin starts at 5k over and conceded to me at $1500 over. They are willing to stick it to the customers car available, all 4 were selling at MSRP. Corwin starts at 5k over and conceded to me at $1500 over.
