After my car broke down (which prompt me to have to purchase a new one) I called and scheduled an appointment with Moe. I already knew what car I wanted (2015 Lexus IS 250). He worked real closely with me, didn’t pressure me into buying anything and let me make the final decision on my own with no pressure. He made my experience so comfortable especially with having to make such a major decision as buying a car! It def help that he was so easy going and very funny! It was more than just his desire to make a sale, but he takes a personal interest in every customer. When we test drove the car I wanted, Moe gave us a quote. What he didn't tell us was that there were tax breaks and great insurance deals we could take advantage of which just made our purchase that much BETTER! He takes the time to call you back, even if he's busy. The entire sales team has an extra friendly demeanor that makes you feel taken care of.
