I was recently at Jim White and purchased a new car from Mo. My experience really could not have been better. I was in the dealership about five months before I purchased the car just looking and getting in Mo. My experience really could not have been better. I was in the dealership about five months before I purchased the car just looking and getting information. Mo listened to my concerns, had a ton of knowledge on the cars and was very easy to work with. I never one time felt pressured to buy a car, and Mo was understanding of my situation. When I was finally ready to purchase my vehicle, the only person I wanted to get it from was Mo. He made my car buying experience easy and fun. I have been to many dealerships in my life, and most of them I couldn’t walk out of fast enough. Really good customer service is hard enough to find, but it is especially rare to find at a car dealership. Jim White is truly an anomaly. I could not be more grateful or happy with my experience.
