Excellent personal service completed in a timely manner. I had an appointment for noon but had some other things come up. So I took my vehicle in an hour earlier and Richard got it in right away. He quoted about two hours so the shuttle took me to lunch and promptly returned me to the dealership after I ate. Not only was the vehicle maintanence finished in an hour and a half, the charges were $25 less than the quote. Plus, I received a $20 rebate for the oil change. A very good experience. Richard has also been great about follow up calls to make sure everything is all with my vehicle. More

I was getting a recall done and Mo was attentetive to the smaller details. Straightforward and honest. Mo is a no bs type of guy. He wholeheartedly just wanted to take care of me and I could tell I was not getting any special treatment. It was unexpected from your typical service department. The visit was kind, lighthearted, and a no bs experience. If you could have ten Mo's running around in service no one should have a reason to go anywhere else. I will be returning for future service. Exemplary service and much gratitude towards him. More
