Buying a car made easy Went shopping for a car. Wasn’t sure what I wanted, so going to e-car made it easy. I had many luxury car models to choose from and compare. Once I n Went shopping for a car. Once I decided on the car, financing, warranty, and items to be fixed went smoothly. I was able to drive my car home later that day after it was detailed. All of this would not have happened without the continuous help from Megan. She walked us through every step and got things moving. I am still In contact with Meagan after the sale. These however are produced by BMW and have a huge markup at dealerships. Through sheer look of online searches we found e-carone and the price and features beat any other dealership in the metroplex. This includes Waxahachie, ft. worth and, Terrell as I have purchased cars in those areas as well. I called to test drive a 15 mini cooper with 49k miles on it and it was the lowest car priced at the dealership at 15k. Felipe answered my call and I explained what I was looking for. There was no sales push or "decide today or it will be gone" pitches. I shopped around and researched for another two days but the price and included features could not be beat. I showed up in a very busy Saturday and proceeded with paperwork, warranties, additional products and financing, and .some paint and body work I wanted done to the car before delivery. Elias was very helpful in explaining the different products for warranties and took the tie to explain in detail what they included and did not include. Jaime with paperwork also took the time to read line by line and make sure everything we asked for would be done to the car. There was even Alexis who was a mini cooper owner and got us even more excited about driving this fun car. 10 out of ten experience and painless financing and paperwork. More
