I generally dread going car shopping and the buying process because it is so long and drawn out and full of haggling! At E-Car One, they made the whole process smooth, simple, fun and short! I worked with Savannah, Ozzie & Mo. They were so absolutely awesome! They listened to my needs in terms of what I needed in a car, my budget, and my style! Based on that, they made excellent recommendations and they were very considerate of my needs. I got the perfect car, great price, excellent interest rate and most of all an easy buying process! I will purchase all of my future cars from E-Car One! I so love my new Mercedes 350 SUV! It's perfect! Brenda Arlington, TX More

Excellent Car Buying Experience. E-CarOne is the Best! I recently bought a 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 Luxury package at E-CarOne. Paul was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you finance manager, Ozzie, for getting me low interest rate. After the sale, Paul still followed up with me to make sure I'm happy with my new car. I told Paul that there was a rock chip on my windshield. He brought it to his manager's attention. E-CarOne took care of it the very next day. There aren't many dealerships that take care their customers after you drive off the lot. I recommend E-CarOne to everyone for your next car purchase. They're simply the best car dealership. More

I enjoyed the way eCarone does business. The cars were in good shape and the prices were very competitive. I would buy a BMW here again even though I live one mile from Classic BMW. in good shape and the prices were very competitive. My experience at E CarOne was excellent. My sales rep, Rob Abusaad, was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me every step of the way. Rob did not use any pressure tactic Rob Abusaad, was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me every step of the way. Rob did not use any pressure tactics and try to convince me that I had to buy the car, he let me take my time and make my decision. He was informative and walked me through all the steps and made trading in my car a snap with no hiccups what so ever. The trade value that they gave me was above industry standard and very fair, even with the damage I had to my trade in. Thank you to Tim for that. That is why I chose to buy from Rob and E CarOne. They made the buying process very simple, down to signing the paperwork with Ozzie. He was patient and answered any questions I had. I was out in less than 30 minutes. Rob also went above and beyond and any repair requests that I made, he got them done for me! I am truly happy and look forward to buying my next vehicle from E CarOne soon! More

Showroom experience is great but the purchase experience itself was poor. Salesman had very poor communication skills and didn't describe the process well. They also added a bunch of spurious nickel and d itself was poor. Salesman had very poor communication skills and didn't describe the process well. They also added a bunch of spurious nickel and dime charges to the final purchase price to jack up the price. We had to wait a couple of hours for the car to be released because of their finance process. It has never taken me more than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork for a car purchase before but this was hours. More

I bought a car here over the weekend and was beyond happy with their service! I found E-Car One via cars.com and was a little hesitant since they're not your traditional Ford/Chevy/etc dealership. I work with their service! I found E-Car One via cars.com and was a little hesitant since they're not your traditional Ford/Chevy/etc dealership. I worked with Rocky who was great. We were not pressured into anything and I really appreciate the "no hassle" sales. Since they mostly deal with luxury cars (we bought a Jeep from there) we got the best deal for our BMW trade in. Rocky and the team were very helpful and worked with us to get the best deal possible for financing as well. These guys were great and I would highly recommend them! It was an incredibly painless process! More

I called ahead to schedule a time to test drive a few different cars I had in mind. The next day I showed up 20 minutes early and Rocky already had the cars lined up for me, he let me take them out on my different cars I had in mind. The next day I showed up 20 minutes early and Rocky already had the cars lined up for me, he let me take them out on my own test drives and I thought to myself this is not only the best experience already, but I never felt pressured, he told me the history of the cars, and was always up front with me on every question I had. When it came to Finance, Ozzie was a genuine guy to deal with. He even beat my own banks interest rates! The car was ready for me the same day and I am loving my 7 series. I've recommended these guys to family, friends and strangers alike. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Rocky and Ozzie as they have changed my views on how dealerships should and could operate... Many dealerships should start taking notes from these guys. Well done! More
