I have been a customer at Toyota whitby for over 20 years and have always received excellent advice from the sales reps on my purchasers. This dealership get a five star for its service and its sales. We have been going there for over 40 years as a family. I trust them and recommend them to everyone. Careless ppl , not taking care of vehicles while in service, one floor mat paper and seat cover is been used for several cars. Do not care of stepping while entering or exiting the car, leaving marks service, one floor mat paper and seat cover is been used for several cars. Do not care of stepping while entering or exiting the car, leaving marks on the door side. Behavior of service agents are as if they are there forcefully. Not providing post service information to customers like what have been done in service. More
