We had our 32K service for 2023 Rav4 hybrid at Toyota Whitby and it went ok. However, my low rating stems from aftermarket tire valve caps that I installed 6 months ago and they claimed it was “stuck” a Whitby and it went ok. However, my low rating stems from aftermarket tire valve caps that I installed 6 months ago and they claimed it was “stuck” and i would need to pay an extra $45 for then to remove it for the labor costs as they alleged it would take “longer time period”. In all, it took them Less than 5 mins to remove and there was no consideration for this short time frame. It felt like a money grab from the service person. We have bought 2 cars from this dealer and have had multiple services previously. I would not recommend getting your service here. More

I have been a customer at Toyota whitby for over 20 years and have always received excellent advice from the sales reps on my purchasers.
