My wife and I stopped by the dealership a few months ago and met with one of the sales consultants. I won't name this individual because we had a very bad experience with them. We felt looked down upon and we weren't really sure if we wanted to work with Mazda anymore. Because of the great reviews on the CX-5, we decided to look at the website and saw that Justin had a great rating. I inquired on the site to see if Justin could help us instead. He was GREAT. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and made sure we felt good about our purchase. Justin's help is the reason we decided to move forward with buying with Mazda. His interaction saved the sale and gave us an overall great impression with the dealership More

Scheduled a test drive, arrived on time because I respect other peoples time and stood unacknowledged at the front of the show room for ten minutes so I left. I have worked at dealerships all my life (over 30 years) and this place is the epitome of all the horror stories you hear about them. The salesman, MO, tried to slip in a thousand dollar oil change package and this place is the epitome of all the horror stories you hear about them. The salesman, MO, tried to slip in a thousand dollar oil change package into the sales agreement. The service department refused to do a 10 minute repair when the vehicle was brought back within an hour of taking delivery. The service advisor would not even listen to what I needed done. When I told him I didn't have an appointment, he just walked away and said "we don't do anything without an appointment". Apparently, they're not even competent enough to use the post office. I was told the secretary of state computers were down and they would mail me the registration. That was 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Last night I logged into the secretary of state website and printed a duplicate registration. I have no complaints with the vehicle. It's just unfortunate they are the only Mazda dealership on the east side. My daughter fell in love with my CX50 and now is interested in buying one. I told her to drive to the dealership in Livonia or Brighton. I can't tell you if either one is better but they sure can't be any worst. More

I contacted Doug after doing my homework and several other dealerships. He was respectful that I was prepared leading up to and during the purchasing process. He treated me with Professionalism, Hones other dealerships. He was respectful that I was prepared leading up to and during the purchasing process. He treated me with Professionalism, Honesty, and most importantly work with me to provide me a great deal on my new vehicle and trade in, which made my decision all the more easier to purchase my second vehicle at Suburban Mazda of Troy. I am enjoying my new 2023 Mazda CX-5 Signature Thanks Again Doug.
