I bought my vehicle from Corwin Toyota. I had issues with my vehicle and they agreed to have me return back to the dealership to get the issue resolved. JR stated I would get a call in a ti I had issues with my vehicle and they agreed to have me return back to the dealership to get the issue resolved. JR stated I would get a call in a timely manner from the reconditioning team to get the issue resolved. They had lost my updates You Owe paperwork. I then had to return to the dealership to inquire about my phone call. JR told me the “dropped the ball” and I should get another call in a “timely manner.” I have yet to receive a call and I had to go to another Toyota dealership to get assistance. I will not be buying a vehicle from Corwin Toyota again. False promises and incompetent customer service ruined my car buying experience. More

We are deeply and abidingly dissatisfied with Corwin. We purchased a used vehicle from the CO Springs Toyota dealership in Nov/24 with confidence the car would be in good working order. Within a month and less than 400 miles driven we have had to repair/replace both control arm bushings, a leaking oil trap assembly, a faulty supercharger, and a cracked catalytic converter, to the tune of over $9K. They also provided a key remote without the mechanical key, and sent me away from the dealership at time of purchase with less than 50 miles worth of gas in the tank, and an almost-empty washer fluid reservoir. We suspect that Corwin did not do a comprehensive vehicle assessment. Exchanged with management have been completely unsatisfactory. And - their CRM is a hot mess and essentially unmonitored, More
