This place has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. It seems that they truly are #1 but not in a good way. It appears the service department is poorly managed. I am writing to express my urgent need for a headlamp for my 2016 Buick Enclave, which has been in the repair shop for over two months due to damages sustained. After an extensive search, it has come to my attention that your establishment is the only place where this particular part is available. Regrettably, I have encountered a significant obstacle in procuring the needed headlamp. Despite my willingness to cover all associated expenses, including shipping costs, I have been informed by your shop that the part is available for local pick-up only, with no option for shipment. Given the circumstances and the extended duration my vehicle has been undergoing repairs, I implore you to reconsider your policy and accommodate my request for the shipment of the headlamp. This would greatly expedite the resolution of the repair process and alleviate the inconvenience I have endured. I understand and appreciate any logistical constraints your shop may face, but I kindly request your assistance in finding a feasible solution to this predicament. Our salesman was Steve Harper he was awesome! !!! We live 3 and a 1/2 hrs away and they delivered our vehicle to our door step. Steve was absolutely on top of everything I couldn’t have asked for !!! I bought a used Hyundai Elantra 5 months ago at which time they said they checked the vehicle and found nothing to report. Within 1 month it needed a new front headlight which I wasn’t that concerned abo time they said they checked the vehicle and found nothing to report. Within 1 month it needed a new front headlight which I wasn’t that concerned about yet A couple months after that and about a month after they changed the oil it ran out of oil When we took it in they couldn’t find anything, charged me $150 and told me they couldn’t find anything, it wasn’t covered under the extended warranty, and it could have been that someone didn’t change the oil correctly - when I reminded them they changed the oil they backtracked and said their tests were not conclusive and I needed to take it to a Hyundai dealer. I took it to Preston Hyundai who checked it for free and couldn’t find anything wrong with the car after running a diagnostic. The car had about 78000 miles on it and we have driven it less than 3000 since then and last week we had to get the brakes replaced and the air filter which was totally clogged (Cochran did not change it during the oil change) I have bought used cars before but this a the first time I bought from Sweeney/Cochran and will never buy a vehicle from them again Buyer beware More
The dealer and our salesperson Mitchell Hulvalchick were first rate all the way from start to finish on the leasing of our new vehicle!
