I would have given a good rating but there have been a few things that have left a bad taste in my mouth. From the initial purchase, the sales person Mitch was great but when it came down to the sales ma few things that have left a bad taste in my mouth. From the initial purchase, the sales person Mitch was great but when it came down to the sales manager, we felt extremely low balled with our trade in and that games were being played, which we understand that that’s their job, to get the most out of the sale so we weren’t as mad about that. But then after the purchase, the amount is text messages and emails with surveys is insane!! And then I brought my Jeep in to get the windows tinted and it took a lot longer than expected, which again I understand since it was the beginning of Covid but giving proper expectations when you don’t have any loner vehicles and during a crisis when people already feel uncomfortable being out in public anyway would have helped . And then again afterwards, the amount of surveys I got were insane! I already completed many that were sent with pretty positive feedback but when you send multiple surveys, it makes it feel like you don’t actually care about the feedback and are fishing for a higher score (in my opinion) . Please stop sending multiple surveys to your customers and focus on the behaviors that actually get you good scores instead of asking for the 10 More

Good luck getting the same person twice. This place is ridiculous. Only go if you don't want answers or you have hrs and hrs to waste, they will leave you sitting and sitting, not sure if its a staffing i ridiculous. Either way ..go somewhere else..went in happy ,bought vehicle with cash, and basically have been given the run around since. If this is how all Landers dealerships are run Wow..they get a D- from me ,won't be going back there period. Only reason not an F was a different salesmen. Not even my salesmen was trying to be helpful. More

Took longer than it should have to get into the office to sign the contract. Once in there, it took about 5 minutes to complete. More
