I wanted a specific model and color. They found it. The deal was made and everything discussed over the phone was exactly what was on paper. I came all the way from Connecticut. I dealt with Brian, my salesman, Mitch the GM and Dino in finance. Upon my arrival all paperwork that required signing was ready and I left in about 20 minutes in my brand new Ford Expedition Max.
