We found Kia Customer Service Terrible! Cash purchased the car on 5/27/2024, unfortunately on 6/14/24 the car was totaled. We need the title to our vehicle to receive insurance payment. We have contacted Courtesy 3 times in person and made several phone calls requesting assistance with getting the title. We have also contacted MVD of Arizona multiple times and they have not received the documents from Courtesy Kia. Returned to their dealership on 7/5/24 again looking for help. Escorted to a room and Tony? was going to explain things to us. He had "researched" our issue before we were seated and started to "explain". I interjected what I felt we needed, and he sarcastically stated I interrupted him, and he was going to tell me.... I sarcastically said, "go ahead, you have the floor", Tony? stated it was his office and he started to lecture us that he would not be spoken to sarcastically. I am not sure of my response and admit I was frustrated, but he again felt it was sarcastic and ordered me to leave the dealership and that he would not assist us, nor would he allow anyone else to help. My next move was out of line and for that I wish I hadn’t, but I yelled all the way out: "Don't buy at this facility; customer service is awful". More

I don't often leave reviews but in this case I must. My husband and I have been trying to get a Kia Sportage hybrid 2023 in a particular trim since February, and have had nothing but a horrendous custom My husband and I have been trying to get a Kia Sportage hybrid 2023 in a particular trim since February, and have had nothing but a horrendous customer service experience. We have been ignored when we have called, have not received calls back, have been given false promises regarding ordering the vehicle of interest to us, outright lied to, harangued to try and persuade us to get a different vehicle, and when we have tried to contact the manager, were told this person is "indisposed" and never received a call back despite repeat attempts to contact him/her. If this is how this dealership treats their customers, I would hate to think how they will fail to take care of any necessary maintenance, etc. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here as we have. We have been more than patient, and are done giving them the benefit of the doubt. More

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer again. I purchased a new 2022 Kia Sportage last August. The very next day the moon roof was not working so I took it to the service department at Courtesy I purchased a new 2022 Kia Sportage last August. The very next day the moon roof was not working so I took it to the service department at Courtesy Kia. It wasn't that the parts took 2 months to get in, but rather, that their service department would never bother to pick up a phone and update me. Then, when I finally get my car back, the service writer (who conveniently is no longer with the dealership) told me that they had damaged some of the pieces in my trunk while fixing my moon roof. He told me that he had ordered the parts and would let me know when they were in. This was last October. When I called their service department in March, I was informed the service tech was no longer there, and they had no information for me at all. They assured me they'd do a better job of communicating with me. Now, it's mid May and still I have gotten zero calls back from them and have no idea what is going on with the broken pieces in my brand new car. More

The car buying experience was good with them. My issue is with the after care part. They charged me $499 for window tint which is literally only the two front windows because the back is "factory tinted". Th with the after care part. The original tint was messed up from the beginning, no big deal they said they would take care of it. With my work schedule I could only do it on the weekends. I was told they didn't do it in the weeks so it took a few weeks to schedule and they ended up giving me a loaner car which was great. Picked my vehicle up, first thing I noticed was they left the inside of my car destroyed. All the sticky residue from the tint removal was all over the doors along with the liquid. The tint was still messed up, bubbles everywhere and not even pushed to the window all the way in some spots. I contacted them again and let them know. This time they question me what was wrong with it because and this a direct quote "I didn't see anything wrong the first time we did it so we need proof". I sent them photos and they agreed to reschedule it. This time all of a sudden they do tint on the weekends and had it scheduled. Unfortunately my wife and I got covid and had to push out our appointment to 11/13/2021. I get informed today that I needed a negative covid test before they could service my vehicle. Would have been nice to know less than 24 hours before my appointment so I could actually get a test but they were kind enough to NOT inform me in a good amount of time. ***Update I had my tint redone and it was terrible again and had some nasty tool marks in it. They also scratched the outside of my car. I talked to a manager and they were gonna take it back in and have the tint redone and take care of the scratch on the hood. I get a call saying that "the tint is never going to be perfect. I went and looked at a few cars in the lot and they all have imperfections. We will refund your money for the tint. We will have a check for you." They had the hood touched up ( this was done perfectly as far as I can tell). I go to pick up my vehicle and was expecting a check as well. They hadn't even processed for the refund yet and it was a holiday weekend. I follow up today to see the status of it. They aren't sure when it's going to be ready because the holidays and month end is a rough time for the car business. More
