Purchased used 2023 and left dealership and found major issue with electrical as I was driving home. Contacted sales representative who got with mgmt. There answer was “we will do whatever is needed to make it right”. The ultimate resolution was to return the vehicle for a FULL REFUND! No stress, no worries. That was quite a relief, But the really great thing was the sales rep (Mini Cooper) immediately began working on finding me another truck. The afternoon of the same day she contacted me with and almost identical truck (only this one was BETTER!). Since she knew I was returning the original purchase the next day, she went ahead and had the truck she found sent to the dealership. She sent me a video of the replacement truck and verified they had fully vetted it for any problems. I arrived to next day to a virtually identical truck (but better- a Denali vs an LTZ) sitting waiting to make a new deal. The new deal went perfectly and fast. Mini Cooper was a joy to work with. Her communication and follow up skills are top notch. She never pressured me for the purpose and listened intent what I wanted and found that exact vehicle. No steering to on lot vehicles etc. The mgmt team was as equally impressive. My wife is considering a new vehicle for herself in the coming months.
