It took 4 weeks to get the backplate for the license for my car u called multiple times and I found out that each week I called the order for the backplate wasn't even placed. When I first received the car my car u called multiple times and I found out that each week I called the order for the backplate wasn't even placed. When I first received the car the detail work was horrendous. Luckily the 2nd detail was better but still there were flaws showing lack of care both in the service and cleaning department. It's crazy how bad the support was. During the 2nd week I actually wanted to return the car because I knew I'd be in trouble with such horrendous support. Only the finance person was good and actually broke down stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if they lied about changing all the liquids in the car. The backup camera is still blurry I complained and the person told me it was dirty and after cleaning it was still blurry. I'm really hoping they fix the camera by today otherwise it really is the worse purchase I have ever made. Selling by telling lies is what this dealership seems to be good at. All I'm hoping for now is they take care of this small stuff and one thing I found insane too is for some reason I have a passenger and back floor covers but no driver one. My guess is they lost it somewhere or just don't feel like finding it. I got this car as a gift for my mom and sis. This gift so far has been a disaster due to lack of respect from the dealership. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back. I never felt pressured! Minna was very professional and patient, James made sure that my car was delivered in pristine condition, and Josh laid back. I never felt pressured! Minna was very professional and patient, James made sure that my car was delivered in pristine condition, and Josh made me ALMOST forget that I was making a huge payment by keeping the signing environment upbeat. My only “complaint” is that it’s obvious the staff puts all of their energy into helping their customers (they should hire a service to clean the walls of the cubicles and wipe down the desks) 10/10 service though!! Would definitely recommend!!! More

Nice building/showroom and our salesperson was very nice. The pricing was very shady. Price you see online is NOT the price of the vehicle. We did our homework and knew what our monthly payment would be give The pricing was very shady. Price you see online is NOT the price of the vehicle. When it came time to finalize the deal, the were over $5000 in mandatory extras that we knew nothing about. $3500 Xzilon, $1300 in mudguards and floor mats, and $500 in anti theft precautions.
